A request for a video exchange was discussed. Patti Dowse will organize the video exchange. There is a driving video available at this time. If you have a video that you would be willing to share, please let Patti know. This is a great opportunity to learn and save some money at the same time.
A plan to bring electric and water closer to the ring site was proposed. Mckusick Construction and the Town of Dexter will work together to accomplish this goal. An estimate will be presented before work begins in the spring.

In trail riding and driving, we will offer a plan to allow trail riders and carriage drivers to achieve goals for year end awards by keeping track of hours spent riding your horse. This will be on the honor system. A log sheet will be designed to keep hour reported to the club. All riders/drivers must be members before starting the log. These hours can be accumulated in the ring or on the trail. Trail rides from T.R.O.T. are included as well. There is a separate minimal fee for joining T.R.O.T. They ride on Sundays only.
We will begin retrieving ads for the Program Book for 2003. Ad forms were passed out and we are asking each member to get 5 ads from businesses or from a personal request. Please encourage repeat ads to cut down on design time. New ads are welcomed! Please return ad material by March 26. This was a huge success last year and paid for year end awards.
We reminded persons that our new web site is up and running at www.dexterridingclub.com
Please let us know of any changes or additions to the site.
